Typical engagements include responding to renters questions via VRBO®/HomeAway® , responding to reviews, ensuring cleanings and linens are set up. It is more involvement than listing through a management company, but not a huge time commitment.
We typically expect your first year to yield higher net income than you did with your management company, and that amount to increase each year as your brand and reputation grows!
OBX Rental Consulting, LLC has local market knowledge and skills to boost your listing, searchability, increase your view revenue and more. A one time investment with us is far less than 1 year of commission you would pay to your management company.
